Delete Your Data
You can delete your AiR account and the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, how long it takes, and how to check a request you already made.
Section 01
Delete your account in AiR
Sign in at useair.net, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
If you have an active AiR phone line, cancel it first under Phone line. Deleting the account while the line is active would leave the line running and billing with no account to cancel it from, so AiR asks you to cancel the line first.
Section 02
Ask us by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number on your account, and ask us to delete your data. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm, with a confirmation code you can check below.

Section 03
What we delete and when
When your account is deleted, we delete:
- your account, profile and sign-in details;
- your conversations with AiR and the facts you asked it to remember;
- your tasks, reminders, contacts and the calendar items AiR stored for you;
- files you uploaded and files AiR created for you;
- the access tokens for every account you connected, such as Google or Microsoft, so AiR can no longer reach them;
- saved payment methods (we only ever held a token from our payment processor and the last four digits).
Some things are kept, and we say so plainly:
- payment, tax and phone-service records we are required by law to keep;
- messages you sent to other AiR users stay in their inbox, because they belong to the people who received them;
- diagnostic logs are kept for up to 30 days, and database backups roll off within 60 days.
Section 04
Connected accounts
To remove AiR from one connected account without deleting your AiR account, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Disconnect. You can also remove AiR from the other service directly:
- Google (including YouTube): security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- Microsoft: myaccount.microsoft.com
- Facebook and Instagram: in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under apps and websites, remove AiR.
- TikTok: in your TikTok settings, under the apps and services that can access your account, remove AiR.
When you connect an Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok account, disconnecting it in AiR deletes its access token and the data we stored from that platform within 7 days. If you remove AiR on the platform instead, we delete that data within 7 days of being told and in any case within 30 days.
More detail is in our Privacy Statement.
