The fastest way to reach us is to report the problem right here. It goes straight to the team. Include as much detail as you can: the channel where it broke (SMS, voice, web), when it happened, and any error message you saw.

For account-specific issues, sign in to your AiR dashboard first. The in-app Report a problem option (in your account menu) attaches your account details automatically.

Response times
We aim to reply within one business day. In practice most questions get a response within a few hours during US working hours (Pacific Time).
- Outage / nothing works: we treat as priority, usually under 2 hours.
- Account-locked / billing: same-day during business hours.
- Feature requests / how-to questions: within one business day.
- Security disclosures: acknowledged within 24 hours; see Security & privacy issues below.

Common questions
- How do I disconnect a connected account? Settings → Integrations → click Disconnect next to the provider (Gmail, Outlook, Zoom). Disconnecting removes the OAuth tokens AiR holds and stops future agent actions on that account.
- How do I change the phone number on my account? Settings → Profile → Change number. You'll receive a verification code at the new number before the change is applied.
- How do I delete my account? Email us and we delete the user record + all linked oauth tokens + conversation history within 7 days, per our Privacy Policy.
- AiR isn't responding to my SMS. Check Settings → Profile → SMS opt-in status. If it shows opted out, you can re-opt in from the same page or reply START to any AiR text.
