AiR Earn Program Terms

01The Program

AiR Earn ("the Program") lets you earn program credits ("Earnings") by answering research commissioned by partner brands. Participation is entirely optional and off by default.

The Program is operated by Air By Lexvor Inc. ("Air," "we," "our," or "us"). By turning on AiR Earn you agree to these terms, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

02Consent and What Is Shared

• Nothing is shared with any partner unless you turned the Program on, and you answer each survey yourself (or, where the feature exists, explicitly approve your agent's draft answer).
• Partners never receive your identity, contact details, individual answers, or anything from your agent's memory. They receive combined results only, and only when a minimum group size (at least 25 respondents) is met.
• Survey matching happens on our systems. Your agent's knowledge is used to decide whether a survey is relevant to you; it is never transmitted to the partner.
• You can turn the Program off at any time. Turning it off stops matching immediately and does not affect Earnings you already have.
• Deleting your account deletes your responses.

03Earnings Are Not Cash

• Earnings are promotional program credits with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
• Earnings can be spent only inside the Air ecosystem: applied as credit toward an eligible Air phone plan, or converted to AI usage credits at the standard published rate.
• Earnings expire 12 months after they are earned if unused.
• Amounts shown per survey are set per campaign and may change at any time for future campaigns.

04Fair Play

• One response per person per survey. Automated, duplicated, or fraudulent responses (including answers designed to game targeting) may be rejected, and related Earnings reversed.
• We may pause or close any campaign, decline participation, or limit Earnings where we reasonably suspect abuse.
• Internal test accounts are not eligible to earn.

05Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. If the Program is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days to spend existing Earnings. Material changes to these terms will be communicated in the app before they take effect.
