Refund & Credit Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how Air Lexvor Inc. handles refunds, cancellations, and credits for our digital services, subscriptions, and rewards programs. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or activating any service.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are considered delivered upon activation and are non-refundable:

  • AI assistant packages and service plans
  • Points, tokens, and digital credits
  • Subscription fees for any tier
  • Beta access fees
  • Partner and third-party purchases made through our platform
  • Administrative and processing fees

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error
  • Verified system failures lasting 72 hours or longer with no alternative access provided
  • Situations where refunds are required by applicable regulatory or legal compliance

4. Reward Points, Credits, and Tokens

Reward points, credits, and tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable. Air Lexvor Inc. reserves the right to revoke points or credits obtained through fraudulent activity. Promotional points and bonus credits are not eligible for refund or cash redemption under any circumstances.

5. Partner and Third-Party Purchases

Purchases made through partner merchants or third-party services are subject to the respective partner's refund policy. Air Lexvor Inc. is not responsible for the quality, fulfillment, or refund handling of partner products or services.

6. Subscription and Beta Access Fees

All subscription and beta access fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated. In the event that Air Lexvor Inc. permanently discontinues a subscription tier, we may issue pro-rated service credits at our discretion.

7. Corporate Gift Credits and Promotional Offers

Corporate gift credits and promotional offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Expiration dates apply to all promotional credits. Misuse of promotional credits may result in revocation without notice.

8. Requesting a Refund or Credit

To request a refund or credit, email customerservice@airbylexvor.com with your account information and a description of the issue. Please allow 5–7 business days for review and processing of your request.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact Air Lexvor Inc. directly to resolve the issue. Repeated or unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Compliance with Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Air Lexvor Inc. complies with applicable consumer protection laws, FCC regulations, and relevant state regulations regarding digital services and refunds.
