User Agreement

1. Overview

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of all AI-driven tools, SMS/RCS messaging services, rewards programs, and related features provided by Air Lexvor Inc. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this agreement.

2. Company Relationship

Air Lexvor Inc. operates in partnership with Lexvor Inc., which provides the underlying telecommunications infrastructure that supports our services.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid mobile phone number
• Provide truthful and accurate registration information
• Consent to receiving messages from Air Lexvor Inc.
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Description of Services

Air Lexvor Inc. provides:

• AI-powered task automation via SMS, RCS, and web interfaces
• Rewards programs and point-based incentive systems
• A partner marketplace for shopping, discounts, and promotions
• Secure communications and messaging services

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Air Lexvor Inc. and third parties
• Maintain connectivity required to use our services
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our systems

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:

• Fraud or attempted fraud of any kind
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Using automated scripts or bots without authorization
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or system errors
• Impersonating another user, employee, or entity

7. AI Interaction Disclaimer

Our AI services are provided for informational purposes only. AI responses may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information. Air Lexvor Inc. does not provide professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise — through its AI systems. Air Lexvor Inc. is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

8. Rewards and Points Participation

Reward points have no cash value and are redeemable only within the AiR partner network. Air Lexvor Inc. retains full control over the rewards program and may modify, suspend, or terminate it at any time. Points are non-transferable and may expire under certain conditions.

9. Communications and TCPA Consent

By registering for an account, you consent to receiving automated messages from Air Lexvor Inc. related to your account, services, rewards, and promotions. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

10. Partner Programs and Third-Party Offers

Air Lexvor Inc. is not liable for the quality, availability, or accuracy of third-party products or services offered through our partner network. Air Lexvor Inc. may receive commissions or compensation from partner transactions.

11. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. We employ encrypted and secure storage practices. We do not sell your personal data. Anonymized interaction data may be used to train and improve our AI systems.

12. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Air Lexvor Inc. owns all content, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our services. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. This license does not permit commercial use, copying, redistribution, or modification of any AiR content or systems.

13. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors that comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Air Lexvor Inc. may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of this agreement or for fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all accumulated points and credits are forfeited.

15. Limitation of Liability

Air Lexvor Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air Lexvor Inc. and its partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or your violation of this agreement.

17. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against Air Lexvor Inc.

18. Amendments

Air Lexvor Inc. may update this User Agreement at any time. Updated versions are always available at www.airbylexvor.com/user-agreement. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
