6. AI Interaction Disclaimer

7. Rewards and Points System

Reward points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Points are redeemable only within the AiR partner network. Air Lexvor Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program and to adjust point values or expiration policies at any time.

8. Partner Network and Third-Party Offers

Air Lexvor Inc. does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of any third-party products or services offered through our partner network. Users are responsible for reviewing each partner's own terms and conditions before participating in partner offers.

9. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

All subscription fees, credits, and payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Credits are non-transferable. Payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment processors.

10. Text Messaging and Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receiving automated messages related to your account, rewards, and promotions. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
