BETA Plan Terms

1. Purpose of the Beta Program

The AiR Beta Program is a testing phase designed to evaluate features, performance, and user experience prior to general availability. Participation in the Beta Program does not guarantee that any specific feature or service will be available in the final product. All aspects of the Beta Program are subject to change without notice.

2. Plan Options & Pricing

The following Beta plan tiers are available:

• Supporter (Free): Includes 20 test messages, 100 Bonus Points, access to Beta features, and Bonus Data (20 GB for AiR Plan users / 200 GB for Unlimited* Plan users). No payment required.
• Builder Plan: One-time payment. Includes 500 messages, 1,500 Points, $30 in service credits, 1 month free plan access, and double points for 30 days.
• Visionary Plan: Monthly subscription. Includes the largest benefit package available during the Beta period, including triple points for 60 days and extended access to all Beta features.

3. Beta Access & Usage

Beta access is limited to one account per phone number. Features and availability may vary during the testing period. Air Lexvor Inc. reserves the right to modify, restrict, or suspend Beta access at any time without prior notice.

4. Feedback and Testing

Air Lexvor Inc. may collect usage data, performance metrics, and feedback during the Beta Program to improve our services. Any feedback or suggestions submitted by Beta participants become the property of Air Lexvor Inc. and may be used without compensation or attribution.

5. Payments & Refunds

The Supporter tier is free of charge. Payments for the Builder and Visionary plans are non-refundable. All Beta payments are considered early access contributions to the development of AiR services and are not refundable upon cancellation or program termination.

6. Modifications & Termination

Air Lexvor Inc. may adjust pricing, features, or benefit packages associated with Beta plans at any time. We may suspend individual accounts or terminate the Beta Program entirely at our sole discretion.

7. Confidentiality

Beta participants agree not to disclose early-access features, product screenshots, or performance data to outside parties. Violation of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate removal from the Beta Program and potential legal action.

8. Data Privacy

All data collected during the Beta Program is protected by AiR security measures and is never sold to third parties. Data handling during the Beta period is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Beta services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantee of performance, uptime, or feature completeness. Participation in the Beta Program is at your own risk. Air Lexvor Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Beta services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Beta Plan Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from Beta Program participation shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class action against Air Lexvor Inc. related to the Beta Program.
