Early Access Plan Terms

The early access program described below is closed and AiR is generally available. These terms do not apply to any plan sold today. They are kept here as the record of what applied to members who joined while the program ran. 1. Purpose of the program

The AiR early access program was a testing phase designed to evaluate features, performance, and user experience prior to general availability. Participation did not guarantee that any specific feature or service would be available in the final product. All aspects of the program were subject to change without notice.

2. Plan options & pricing

The following tiers were offered while the program ran:

• Supporter (Free): Included 20 test messages, 100 Bonus Points, access to early access features, and Bonus Data (20 GB for AiR Plan users / 200 GB for Unlimited* Plan users). No payment required.
• Builder Plan: One-time payment. Included 500 messages, 1,500 Points, $30 in service credits, 1 month free plan access, and double points for 30 days.
• Visionary Plan: Monthly subscription. Included the largest benefit package available during the program, including triple points for 60 days and extended access to all early access features.

3. Access & usage

Access was limited to one account per phone number. Features and availability varied during the testing period. Air Lexvor Inc. reserved the right to modify, restrict, or suspend access at any time without prior notice.

4. Feedback and testing

Air Lexvor Inc. collected usage data, performance metrics, and feedback during the program to improve our services. Any feedback or suggestions submitted by participants become the property of Air Lexvor Inc. and may be used without compensation or attribution.

5. Payments & refunds

The Supporter tier was free of charge. Payments for the Builder and Visionary plans are non-refundable. All such payments are considered early access contributions to the development of AiR services and are not refundable upon cancellation or program termination. Our Refund Policy continues to apply.

6. Modifications & termination

Air Lexvor Inc. could adjust pricing, features, or benefit packages associated with these plans at any time, suspend individual accounts, or terminate the program entirely at its sole discretion.

7. Confidentiality

Participants agreed not to disclose early access features, product screenshots, or performance data to outside parties. Violation of this confidentiality obligation could result in immediate removal from the program and potential legal action.

8. Data privacy

All data collected during the program is protected by AiR security measures and is never sold to third parties. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Early access services were provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantee of performance, uptime, or feature completeness. Participation was at your own risk. Air Lexvor Inc. made no warranties, express or implied, regarding those services.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from participation in the program shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class action against Air Lexvor Inc. related to the program.
