Phone Plan Terms

1. Plan Details

Air Lexvor Inc. offers the following phone plans:

• AiR Plan: $0/month + Taxes & $0 Compliance Fees. Includes 0 GB Prioritized Data. No calls or texts included.
• Unlimited AiR: $10/month + Taxes & $2 Compliance Fees. Includes 2 GB Prioritized Data and unlimited calls and texts. Customers who activate with a SUPPORTER BETA code receive 20 GB prioritized data.
• Unlimited* Plan: $20/month + Taxes & $2 Compliance Fees. Includes 100 GB Prioritized Data, unlimited hotspot, and unlimited calls and texts. Customers who activate with a SUPPORTER code receive 200 GB prioritized data.

2. Activation & Fees

• Activation fee: $0 for AiR Plan, $12 for Unlimited AiR, $0 for Unlimited* Plan
• Device Leasing Deposit: $599 (refundable)
• Device Leasing: +$10/month per device
• Regulatory Fees: $1.50/month per line

3. Suspension or Termination

Air Lexvor Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms, aggressive or abusive behavior toward our team, or repeated chargebacks or payment disputes.

4. Reasonable Use Policy

All plans are intended for personal, non-commercial use. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Operating call centers or telemarketing services
• Reselling service to third parties
• Auto-dialing or automated messaging
• Using service via VPNs or proxy services to circumvent network policies

Network abuse, including consistently exceeding 95% of per-user usage thresholds or generating excessive calls, SMS, data, or hotspot usage beyond normal personal use, may result in service restriction or termination.

5. Acceptable Use

The following activities are prohibited on our network and will result in deactivation:

• Transmitting illegal content of any kind
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Distributing malware or engaging in phishing
• Interfering with or hacking network systems
• Any use that violates applicable federal or state law

6. Number Porting

Customers wishing to transfer their phone number to or from Air Lexvor Inc. must complete the authorized porting process. Password or account verification may be required to authorize a port request.

7. Mobile Phone Number

Your mobile phone number remains the property of Air Lexvor Inc. and may be reassigned if your service is canceled. Air Lexvor Inc. reserves the right to change your number under certain circumstances, such as network reconfigurations or regulatory requirements.

8. Customer Identity

Creating false or fraudulent accounts is prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent pricing or plan restrictions is not permitted. Identity verification may be required at any time to maintain or activate service.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any service disputes, please contact customerservice@airbylexvor.com. Air Lexvor Inc. and the customer agree to negotiate disputes in good faith before pursuing formal legal action. All disputes are subject to Wyoming jurisdiction. By using our services, you waive the right to a jury trial for any disputes arising from these terms.

10. Data Handling

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is protected in accordance with FCC regulations. CPNI and other personal data may be shared with law enforcement authorities when required by valid legal process.
