Founders Access Terms

1. Membership Overview

The AiR Founders Access program is a paid membership at $100 per month. This is NOT an investment, equity offering, or securities product of any kind. Membership provides access to information, community resources, and exclusive content. It does not confer any ownership interest in Air Lexvor Inc.

2. Membership Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Air Lexvor Inc. retains full discretion to deny or revoke membership at any time for any reason.

3. Payment & Renewal

Membership is billed at $100 per month on an auto-renewing basis. You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing. All payments are non-refundable except in the case of duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

4. Program Benefits

Active members receive access to the following, which may be modified or discontinued at any time:

• Early access to new features and product updates
• Private founder communications and community channels
• Exclusive partner promotions and offers
• Informational updates related to company growth and milestones

5. Opportunities & Notifications

Members may receive informational notifications about partnership opportunities, collaboration possibilities, and investment offerings from third parties. These notifications are informational only and do not represent guarantees, endorsements, or commitments of any kind by Air Lexvor Inc.

6. Confidentiality & Conduct

Members agree not to share, publish, or distribute content from "Closed Community Notes" or other private member communications. Violation of this confidentiality obligation will result in immediate membership termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content shared within the Founders Access program remains the exclusive property of Air Lexvor Inc. Members are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view and use member content. No content may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

8. Recognition & Public Display

By default, active members may have their name and photo displayed on the AiR "Founders Wall" as a recognition of their support. To opt out of this public display, email tech@airbylexvor.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

Air Lexvor Inc. is not liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes arising from participation in the Founders Access program or from reliance on any information provided through the program.

10. Termination

Air Lexvor Inc. may suspend or terminate a membership at any time for violations of these terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the Founders community.

11. Governing Law

These Founders Access Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. The courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this membership.
