AiR drafts and sends replies to inbound emails on your behalf — grounded in everything it already knows about you: your uploaded SOP documents, the memories AiR has collected from past conversations, your tone & custom instructions, your contacts (so it speaks differently to a client than to your sister), and the prior messages in the same email thread. Off by default; pick the mode that matches how much autonomy you want.
Heads up: this controls email auto-reply only. Incoming SMS to your AiR number goes to AiR’s normal agent loop, not this auto-reply pipeline. The “Ask me by text first” mode uses SMS as a confirmation channel for emails — AiR texts you about each new email and you reply YES / NO / your own wording.
