Post to your accounts. Only when you say so.
Connect your own Instagram, Facebook Page, YouTube or TikTok account to , write a post once, check how it looks for each account, and publish it with one confirmation. Nothing is posted until you press Post and confirm.
Four steps, you take every one.
Connect
In AiR, open Settings, Integrations, Social accounts and press Connect next to a network. You sign in on that network’s own page and it shows you what AiR is asking for.
Write
Open Write a post. Type a caption, add up to 10 photos or videos, and tick the accounts it should go to. Save it as a draft if you are not ready.
Check the preview
Each account gets a preview card with the account name, your first photo or video and your caption. Anything a network would refuse is pointed out before you can post.
Post and confirm
Press Post. A confirmation lists every account it goes to. Press Post again to send it. Each account then shows its own result: a link to the post, or the reason and Retry.
You need an AiR account to use it. Until AiR’s app for a network is set up, that network’s row in Settings says Not available yet.
Nothing posts without you.
Nothing goes out until you confirm
Writing, uploading and previewing share none of your post with any network. A post is sent only after you press Post and then Post again in the confirmation.
Exactly the version you saw
Your confirmation is tied to the post as it was on your screen. If anything changes after that, the post goes back to a draft and needs your confirmation again.
Only your own accounts
posts only to accounts you connected yourself, and only to the ones you ticked for that post.
Never on its own
AiR does not post to your accounts on a schedule or by itself. In the background it only checks on a post a network is still processing, keeps your Instagram sign-in from expiring, and checks each week that your accounts still allow it in.
AiR records each attempt before it contacts a network, so a double press or a Retry does not post the same thing twice. Once a post is up, you change or delete it on the network itself.
What each network asks you for.
These are all the permissions AiR requests, and why. AiR does not read your followers, messages or comments.
instagram_business_basic- Reads your account's ID, username, profile picture and account type, so AiR can show which account is connected and which account a post goes to.
instagram_business_content_publish- Publishes the post you confirmed. AiR gives Instagram a private link to your photos or video, valid for one hour, with your caption, publishes them, and reads back the link to the post.
A post can have: One to 10 photos or videos. Photos must be JPEG, video MP4 or MOV, captions up to 2,200 characters. One video goes up as a Reel.
- Works with Instagram professional (Business or Creator) accounts.
- If Instagram does not answer when AiR publishes, AiR looks at your most recent posts to see whether it went up before it tries again.
- Instagram has no way for an app to give back its access, so after you disconnect, also remove AiR in Instagram, Settings, Apps and websites.
Facebook Page
Facebook Login for Business, Pages onlypages_show_list- Lists the Pages you manage, so you can pick the one AiR may post to. If you share one Page, AiR uses it. AiR keeps only the Page you pick.
pages_read_engagement- Reads the link of a post AiR published, so you can open it from AiR. If Facebook does not answer a post, AiR reads that Page's recent posts to see whether it went up before it tries again.
pages_manage_posts- Publishes the post you confirmed to that Page: text, one or more photos, or one video.
A post can have: Text, photos, or one video. A video cannot be mixed with photos.
- AiR also reads your Facebook user ID and name when you connect. It keeps only the ID, so it can act on a deletion request Meta sends us for you.
YouTube
Google sign-inopenid- Tells AiR which Google account you signed in with.
email- Reads that account's email address, so the Settings row shows which account is connected.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload- Uploads the one video you confirmed to your channel, with your title, your caption as the description, who can see it (Public, Unlisted or Private) and whether it is made for kids.
A post can have: Exactly one video and no photos. Descriptions up to 5,000 characters, titles up to 100. With no title, AiR uses the first line of your caption.
- AiR does not ask for permission to read your other videos, comments, subscribers or analytics, so it cannot.
- AiR asks Google for offline access, so it can upload when you press Post without signing you in again. It checks at least every 7 days that the access is still valid. Disconnecting revokes it at Google.
TikTok
TikTok Login Kituser.info.basic- Reads your account's ID, display name and avatar, so AiR can show which account a video goes to.
video.publish- Before each post, AiR asks TikTok which privacy levels and interactions your account allows right now and offers only those. When you confirm, AiR uploads your video and posts it with your caption and the settings you chose.
A post can have: Exactly one video and no photos. Captions up to 2,200 characters.
- You choose who can see each video. There is no default.
- Comments, duets and stitches start off. You can turn them on, unless you have turned them off in TikTok itself.
- A switch, off by default, lets you say the video promotes your brand or another brand. Branded content cannot be private.
- AiR sends the video file exactly as you uploaded it, with no watermark.
Every post: up to 10 files, each up to 300 MB, in JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, MOV or WebM. Up to 50 new posts a day.
What AiR keeps, and how to remove it.
For each connected account, AiR stores the sign-in the network gives it, encrypted, plus the account’s ID, name and a link to its picture. For each post, it stores your caption, your files, your settings and each network’s result and link, so you can see them in AiR. Deleting your account deletes all of it, files included. Our Privacy Policy covers how this data is used and kept.
Disconnect an account
Settings, Integrations, Social accounts, Disconnect. AiR asks Facebook, Google or TikTok to revoke its access, and deletes its stored sign-in, the account’s ID, name and picture, and that network’s post IDs and links on your posts, even if the network does not answer. Instagram offers apps no way to revoke, so also remove AiR there. Your posts stay in your AiR history, and posts already published stay up. While a post to that network is still going out, AiR asks you to let it finish first.
Delete a post from AiR
Open the post and choose Delete from AiR. Once no network is still working on it, AiR removes the post and its files. Anything already up on a network stays there until you delete it on that network.
Remove AiR on the network
Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Instagram and Facebook: Settings, Apps and websites. TikTok: the apps and services that can access your account. AiR checks each connected account at least every 7 days and deletes the same data 7 days after it finds access has ended. When you remove AiR from Facebook or Instagram, Meta tells us at once and gives you a confirmation code you can check on our data deletion page.
Delete everything
Delete your data explains how to delete your AiR account, what is deleted and how long it takes.
The networks’ rules still apply.
